To signup for credit cards you can click here or on the “other credit cards” tab on top of the DansDeals logo banner to view links for card offers. Then just click on the link to “View all card offers by issuing bank” and scroll down to view all card offers from the bank of your choice.

Pulls from TU in NJ, NY , FL , PA

Recon 866 408 4064 (might pull from Experian)

For those who want to churn and/or want to get the bonus without paying the annual fee: Wait until the A/F gets charged, pay it off with the rest of the bill, and the sign-up bonus will post (at the end of that billing cycle). Then call to close the account and ask to be refunded. They can't charge an A/F for a card you aren't using. You will not lose the miles once they are in your US Airways account.

It seems that if after you use the card you just let it sit unused for a couple months, they will then email you with a targeted offer for 15,000 more points for spending $750 a month for three months.

Think I'll wait till my online account officially shows my downgrade from the US Airways to Arrival
True. So it seems.

It looks like you have to be approved too before the cutoff date which is believed to be on the 18th

do i need to pay the AF to get the 50K?
Yes but you can try to get it waived after the miles post in your us air account
Why should they waive it? What excuse should I give them so they should waive it?

You don't want to pay it
It's too much money
you want to downgrade to no fee card
you want to close the card
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

FYI in case anyone was curious, during one of the many conversations with these reps they said that you have 60 days to get refund on fee.  I dont know how much i trust anything these people say though....

In general, that's true. But some reps won't issue credit after 30 days.

Applied for another card, but the rep saw right away that I just downgraded my previous one to an Arrival.
I'm probably out of luck

Wait a day and all they will see is that you have an Arrival. As long as they dont look deeper you should be good. I did it within 24 hours and got approved without a problem.

Call and maybe tell them that from a personal perspective it didnt warrant having it anymore but you want to open it for your business and want to keep it all separate.

Been a week and still waiting for the credit to reflect on US Air. I have really large CLs on USA and Arrival+, any thoughts about closing the card without downgrading and transferring the CL?

If your utilization is low anyway, close it. It won't make a difference.

Now you can enjoy purchases with no foreign transaction feeswhen you use your US Airways Dividend Miles® MasterCard® in Dublin, Paris, or Shanghai. In fact, no matter where you shop abroad, you'll enjoy this new benefit.
