To signup for credit cards you can click here or on the “other credit cards” tab on top of the DansDeals logo banner to view links for card offers. Then just click on the link to “View all card offers by issuing bank” and scroll down to view all card offers from the bank of your choice.

Pulls from TU in NJ, NY , FL , PA

Recon 866 408 4064 (might pull from Experian)

For those who want to churn and/or want to get the bonus without paying the annual fee: Wait until the A/F gets charged, pay it off with the rest of the bill, and the sign-up bonus will post (at the end of that billing cycle). Then call to close the account and ask to be refunded. They can't charge an A/F for a card you aren't using. You will not lose the miles once they are in your US Airways account.

It seems that if after you use the card you just let it sit unused for a couple months, they will then email you with a targeted offer for 15,000 more points for spending $750 a month for three months.

Just did a churn, spent $1K, first statement cycled, and no bonus points posted.
Is this normal?

Just got the AF fee refunded 6 months after card opening :)

Was shmoozing with the rep about how the card is not so great, small CL, no good promotions etc and that i wanted to downgrade because its not worth paying the AF for it. He said he couldn't downgrade me but would refund the fee as a courtesy.

First statement just cycled and 35K posted, so I guess YMMV.

Unsuccessful
I got two of them last year, but now two applications spaced have been denied, they don't even pull my credit. But I have one open still. After I finish 750x3 will close and see if it goes.

followup- i closed all cards, waited two months and applied 2bm, usair and arrival(DD link), Us air went through, but arrival did not. I got a letter asking for security verification, probably because of 2bm, called verified and approved. confirmed with agent no 2nd credit pull.

Mine posted about a week after the end on the third month.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

Airline miles will always stay. It's bank miles that you need to worry about when closing credit cards.
I remember when a coke was a nickel, and you could buy VRs in OD.

I wouldn't bet on it. "Distrust, and verify" (Benjamin Netanyahu)

Closed my card. Annual fee was really not worth it. Didn't want to refund it.
