AA Mileage cap

Does anyone know if AA has any cc that doesn't have a mileage cap for every year?

 I know several people who were given $1000-$2000 limits on SPG and were given much much larger ones on Citi or Chases Airline CCs. So unless a person has a generous CL on SPG , something is better then nothing
