Has anyone spoken to EV Concierge regarding options due to buyback?

Not sure where I've been but it seems like they offer a rental vehicle up to $46 a day plus gas until the bolt battery is replaced. They said you need to pay for it and submit receipts...

Another option is to start a buyback request.
Within the buyback request if approved it seems like they offer 2 options.

A. Buyback the car minus usage fee based on where you're located and lemon laws there.

B. Swap the bolt for a different chevy or gm vehicle. They give you credit for full MSRP of your bolt minus what you owe on.

If anyone has gone through the process and can offer any insights, please do.

Is there a way to do this with a lease?  or did you own your bolt?

I would do that if Trump was still president

You can always sell right away to realize the equity of the new car vs your Bolts residual value.

It's exactly the same terms as the original lease. So my lease matures same date.

Does the Traverse have higher resale Value?

I need to buy a car that could drive from Lakewood to Brooklyn and back without charging during trip.
Won't be able to charge it in Brooklyn.
Are there any specific models that have the range and make it b4 dying if get stuck in traffic both ways? [It could take 2 &1/2 hours each way.]
Any rebates avail for NJ now?
And are there any dealers that I should buy/lease from over others for price and service?
(What's the price for Leasing and is it worth to buy out after?)

The bolt goes from Lakewood to Bk and back on a full charge. Unlike gas cars, getting stuck in traffic actually uses less miles.

So I’d rather do it at the end of my lease. How long was the process? My lease is up October 2023.

I would rather that too.

My process took 4 months but it's very hard to find a dealer willing to work with you and help.

I also had to factory order a car since he didn't want to give up inventory on the ground.

GM can also stop allowing swaps at any time.

NJ EV funding is coming back, but good luck with the dealers.

Wait, so it wasn't the same dealer you bought it from? Do you mind sharing which dealer worked for you?

Correct. My original dealer told me no way.

The dealers don't make much on the deal and it's a lot of ppw for them.

I asked my dealer that did it for me if he would do it for anyone else and he said no thank you.

The dealers will just mark up the price.

It used to be MSRP was the ceiling, but not anymore...

So I called my dealer, and they told me that they are aware about it, but I have to call up GM to create some sort of case.

Yes, call EV concierge to start the process.
