Poor Credit Score

How can i found out why a credit score is low-628 there aren't any debts and all the payments were paid on time.
And how would i raise it?

Do you have any current open credit cards?

How old is your credit life?

Try to get your credit report, it should have the reason why your score is low

Having a cc and paying the bills on time will help build your credit.
