I do not think so. It was enormous in size for an owl. I would estimate sitting between 20-25 inch in height.

Bird sizes are nearly impossible to estimate if it's not in your hand or relative to another bird.

This thing is smaller than your fist and basically invisible - I was standing three feet away and couldn't see it.
