PSA:
If you come across a GH+ restaurant that has a delivery minimum that's higher than $12 (no idea why Grubhub allows this for GH+ restaurants) but you're only trying to place an order for something between $12 and the minimum, message customer service. They'll refund you the difference between your preferred order and the forced minimum (in my case they actually refunded $5 even though I only had to add $3 to reach the minimum).
