First I’ve seen mention of Unlawful Imprisonment. Apparently that’s for pinning (ETA: not necessarily touching) him against the wall.

Didn't read or study the law or case law, but this has been at every protest for a long time, like at many BLM protests, but they ho after him, scary.... Political Hit Job?

Seems to apply regardless of actually touching the person. Not sure what this has to do with BLM, are there known instances of someone cornering another, they are proudly self-identified, and not charged?

Also, because its a law doesn't mean its a legal law, as in lawful under the constitution.

Many small towns local laws are blatantly unconstitutional.

Tischler didn't corner him, he happened to have gotten cornered in because he was standing at a wall and many people gathered to watch.
