For the English speakers: Heshy Tischler who was arrested on Sunday night in connection with an alleged assault on Hasidic journalist Jacob Kornbluh during a protest in Boro Park last week, has been released without bail.
He wasn't arrested for assault.
Everything related to it... such as pl 240.26 01 which while the words don't say assault, they are accusing of physical contact.
The video shows he did all of those things. He didn't assault Kornbluh, though, and he wasn't charged with it.
"Incitement of violence." I have no idea if the charges will hold, haven't been following at all.
