iBonds before end of April 2023?

According to this article (now sure if it's reliable), the iBond interest rate after April will fall. Therefore, should we put $ into ibonds ASAP?

I wouldn’t bother at this point. I decided not to buy more ibonds with my tax refund. Makes more sense to buy US treasuries when you take the penalty into account.
