You haven't responded to the content of my post, which shows how some fake news that is shared in the Jewish community makes us feel more oppressed. Instead, you replied with unrelated unsourced stats that don't show any context. Where are the numbers from? Are the infection stats shown daily numbers and therefore irrelevant?

Replying like this only makes my case stronger.
I'm assuming those numbers are from state's data, I have no reason to question it. I'm not sure if it's daily rates or not (let me know if you check it), but the point is, there's not a peeps from Coumo about it.

These are daily results but the 7 day rolling is not much different. Steuben is 4.3%, Chemung is 6.2%. The bigger difference is that those positive rates are based on a total of 30 positives per day. Broome has been at about 100 cases per day

Iinm, some of the places with high percentages, such as Broome, have prisons which account for the outbreaks.

@yuneeq the DOB and covid inspectors in Brooklyn today are also justified? some closed businesses got fines for non compliance even before they opened their stores today.

I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

The problem is not the DOB/inspectors, they're enforcing the shutdown, and it's the shutdowns you have an issue with.

This I am uninformed about, have a link?

Also want to mention that with the Cuomo recording released today it definitely shows that the targeted lockdowns were unjustified as I stated in a diff thread. I have no problem accepting new information.

Many of the inspectors have no clue what the rules are, they’re making stuff up as they go along & contradicting each other.
1) Inspectors had no idea why a restaurant got a violation put on their door before they had even opened.
2) A pair of plainclothes inspectors were yelling at a store owner that she & her employees aren’t either allowed to be in her store. She said that they’re doing online orders only. They warned her to leave & lock up. She was very shaken up, called NYPD who came & said as far as they’re concerned she can stay open to the public too.

NYPD officers stood guard this Y"t maskless in front of multiple large shuls and sukkahs, jammed packed for Tefilos and tishin. Thanks heavens for their feud with the mayor.

The one escorting Tishler didn’t even have one on. That was a little surprising.

I saw an interview with a store owner on someone's whatsapp status. But with these inspectors not even knowing what their own jobs entails it makes perfect sense

That is sickening. I heard that multiple shuls were slapped with a $15,000 fine from inspectors who walked down 16th avenue without even walking in to check how many congregants were inside. What are they thinking?

I meant in terms of anti semitism. This is not good at all. If what I heard is true.

I'm not sure it boils down to anti-Semitism at its core. It comes down to inept people compounding thoughtless policies with further bad decisions, magnified by sending unqualified and untrained drones to enforce them all. Is it 100% wrong and indefensible? Yes. Is it motivated by hate? That's a harder sell.

If they are posting fines on locked doors, that would have to be either motivated by hate, or caused by extreme stupidity.
