FTFY

The idea that some are suggesting (and I don't think will ever happen) is that it would be a mutually agreed upon split.

I don't think this group or the many, many others like it care much for "mutually agreed upon." This country is a tinder waiting for a well-placed spark.

Biden win does seem very likely right now - polls are consistent, not undulating like in 2016. And the polls improved their parameters based on the learnings from 2016, so I think they're more reliable this time around.

Interesting that Biden is up so much but they will still be campaigning in Michigan! shouldn't they be in TX where its supposedly very close?
And if Biden is up 17 in WI why would Trump go there?
also then explain this: https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2020-elections/wisconsin-results

Simple. Republicans are voting Biden. Additionally, young D voters tend to register as independent vs older conservative Trump voters w strong republican identity.

I’ve been saying for months Biden should be focusing more on Texas. Their theory is to be extra certain of their most certain path (WI+MI+AZ/PA), as opposed to investing in moonshots.

Nice. But I thought WI is bluer than NC/MI/PA/AZ

WI has some serious early voting lead, leaning RED.

Is Biden in Michigan for a senate seat? I’m not following it closely enough, but I think the D campaign considers the presidential vote in their pocket & focusing mainly on the senate now

I'm surprised that only 24% here think its going to Supreme Court.  With so many mail in ballots I dont see how any candidate will concede without arguing the outcome

You still need grounds for SCOTUS to intervene. How can you toss out mailed ballots? It’s very unlikely for the gap to be narrow enough for contention, although it did happen in 2000.

With minor adjustments 2016 couldn't have been contended? The margins were pretty slim with the popular vote...
