States determine election rules. The federal government cannot mandate that states require voter id.

Georgia claims they have 60k ballots left. Trump is up 18k, so Biden needs 65%. This is going to be razor razor razor thin. There will definitely be a recount. If PA isn't a blowout and AZ flips or is close enough for recount, this isn't ending anytime soon.

Nobody really knows how many uncounted ballots. PA counts ballots received until Nov 6 anyways.
