Shoebacca leaking customer emails

Shoebacca cancelled the orders from the deal that was posted a few days ago (https://www.dansdeals.com/blank/get-free-gloves-shirts-sweaters-hats-polos-shoes-shoebacca-10-signup-discount/).
They sent out a normal cancellation email at 11:04pm (only my email was visible), and then they followed that up with an identical email at 11:06... but they had hundreds of customers emails CC'd.
Some screenshots attached. The email list goes on much longer, but I'm not going to screenshot the whole list from top to bottom.

Is there anything I could do? Can I sue them? I got the same thing! And I get an email every few hours from someone who presses reply all, really annoying! :'( >:(
