Such chutzpah that car companies are stopping third party buyouts because of the current crazy market.

They are changing for old leases as well or only new ones going forward?

I just wanted to share a successful data point.
I had a lease on a Nissan Altima. Since Nissan has been blocking sales to other dealers, I contacted a bunch of Nissan dealers near me. Most of them only did trade-ins, or wanted me to come in for a quote.
I ended up talking to Mike Siino at Sansone JR Nissan 66 - in Neptune, and he was extremely honest and easy to deal with. He knew that it was a lease buyout and I shared with him my dealer buyout price, he offered me $3k above that. This was very similar to what Vroom offered me above the customer buyout price. (It ended up taking almost 2 weeks for me to come down and he kept the price that he quoted, based on rerunning the value, without attempting to play any games with me).

I highly recommend reaching out to him if you are looking to sell your Nissan or Kia.

I just filled out all the info with my vin on vroom website to sell my car
They gave me a price

I do have a accident reported on my carfax history
Did they already ran a carfax and that accident is calculated in my price? Or they run the carfax later in the process?

Believe this only works in CA.

If it's low mileage a Nissan dealer might give him something for it
