To give you a flying start to 2021, we're offering you unlimited companion passes! Valid for travel booked and flown 1/1 - 5/20/21. Just call your dedicated Mosaic line at 1-877-JET-TRUE (538-8783) to book you and your companion on any flight, any seat, and your companion will fly free.
And, to make it easier to maintain your Mosaic status—and give you more perks as you do—we've been busy updating the program for the new year ahead.

To accommodate your evolving travel needs, we've extended our reduced qualification thresholds for 2021, and added another way to qualify with your JetBlue Plus or JetBlue Business Card. No matter which way you choose, you'll still be awarded 15,000 bonus points when you qualify.
7,500 Mosaic Qualifying points (vs. the usual 15,000 points)
6,000 Mosaic Qualifying points + 15 segments (vs. the usual 12,000 points and 30 segments)
$50,000 spent on purchases with your JetBlue Plus or JetBlue Business Card during the calendar year (as before)*
$30,000 spent on purchases with your JetBlue Plus or JetBlue Business Card + 4,000 Mosaic Qualifying points during the calendar year (new and exclusively for 2021)

We heard your feedback about ensuring we evolve your benefits with the times. As we continue to evaluate our long-term plan for changes and cancellations—and the impact to your exclusive Mosaic benefits—we're excited to formalize something new for you; a free step up to Even More Space.
To request available same-day Even More Space seats for free for you and eligible travel companions on your reservation, see an airport crewmember at the Mosaic desk, ticket counter, Just Ask desk, or gate. Requests will be honored in the order they're received, pending availability. Of course, you still have the option to purchase Even More Space seats in advance with points—an exclusive Mosaic benefit. The cost in points is slightly higher than in years past, but continues to be at a significantly reduced rate.

We’ve added extra bonuses and perks for those who go above and beyond our qualification threshold during 2021:
10,000 Mosaic Qualifying points - 10,000 bonus points
20,000 Mosaic Qualifying points - Gift Mosaic status to anyone of your choosing (valid through 2022)
30,000 Mosaic Qualifying points - Free round-trip flight certificate in our Core Experience (valid for one year)
