Question: the governments interaction caused change for better health
Or the increase of testing gave them a better outlook of what the numbers really are, and covid naturally spikes and Weakens

Well all I can say is that B"H things are much quieter again, for a while there you heard of multiple people a day from your shul, neighborhood, work etc. being sick, now not so much. Thank you Hashem!
