Best way to fly biz to israel from NY with amex points?

Anybody know the best way to fly to Israel with amex platinum miles .... who should i transfer miles to to get best deal? i used to fly with continental but you cant transfer anymore/...

Also, right now there's a glitch and Biz class is showing up at economy class levels.
