Yes. The articles I posted, and the rulings which they quote, say that in Wisconsin the election officials had no legal authority to accept votes through drop boxes, and that in PA no excuse mail-in voting is a violation of the state constitution.

They are not penalizing the voters who did nothing wrong. Their votes were all legal and counted.

You are right that the typical voter didn't knowingly do anything wrong, and were mislead by Democrat officials.

You are also right that there isn't a way to fix or undo the damage the official's actions caused.

But that doesn't change the fact that Joe Biden was likely elected because of the illegal actions of his supporters.

Now if you want to say their wrongful actions (Monday morning quarterback) made it easier for people to vote then that is something I would agree with.
