HA! even that bar that went public with their laughing up all regulations and fines, had all their 25 tickets dismissed.
I knew all along that shuls have nothing to be scared of. The court dates were all for over a year from now, and for sure by then all violations will be dismissed.

Who's going to do the enforcing ? And who are they going to detain ? Certainly not minorities. It’ll go really well when they start resisting.

So if the provider has leftover at weeks end & gives it to average Joe he can face a $1mm penalty & lose license but if he doesn’t hand it out he could face $100,000 fine & lose distribution rights.
