Hatzalah has been remarkably quiet. They are the greatest organization in the world, but they have not used their cache to educate or ask the community to use precautions at all. I've heard from numerous Hatzalah members that masks are a joke, for instance.

Additionally, their fundraiser/concert is likely what opened the floodgates for going back to regular weddings. (Everybody knew it wasn't socially distanced despite what they showed on screen.)

Science is a blanket term used to justify a position without real scientific backing.

Just like the WHO flips, Fauci flips and even Coumo/Deblasio flipped. All in the name of science.

Which part? The lack of SD? That was evident on screen and also by the plentiful behind the scenes photos that went around.

As for the normalization of large music events (a.k.a. weddings), I used the term "likely" but it was based on conversations I had with friends and family with the implication - "Hatzalah even showed it's okay to do weddings weeks ago!"

The science *you* mentioned in your comment. Science changes based on acquired knowledge, so if course guidelines will change. Even a layman can debunk Cuomo or de Blasio as being unscientific

Yeah, ur right but not when the underlying premise for many rules change overnight based on people's decision making.
