I don't know the technicalities of the law. All I know is people assume they have more rights than they actually do sometimes. A private home doesn't help you if you open the door and the officer swears he saw illegal activity in plain sight.

True that he doesn't need a warrant since Cuomo filed it under public health law but he didn't open the door,  he came to the stairs and met the cop inside entered on his own

You get into a fight with a police officer and start yelling at him, there are going to be issues. Why are people so thick? A drop off honey is a lot more effective than a gallon of vinegar. Talk about losing the battle and losing the war.

I think there needs to be mandatory diplomacy training classes in some schools.
