Did you have your mosaic status from the promotion, or earned? And what did you send for proof? (Do you have any flight activity in your account)?

Unfortunately, we cannot enroll you due to the fact that you are already a Gold Medallion with us until January 31, 2022 and status match for jetBlue Mosaic is also Gold Medallion.
