Correct. Hence the congrats to those who got it. Its done.The reps are aware that its a tageted offer, i didnt bring that to their attention, she responded right away, its targeted. I said ok, thank you very much.

How about just reply to the rep that you should be matched to Platinum, not Gold? Why did you bother with targeted or not?

I didnt mention targeted. I told her that i should be matched to Platinum. She said that, normally mosaic is status matched to gold, and that there is a targeted offer, and i wasnt targeted.

Wasn't targeted. Applied to the status match with United 1K but got matched to Delta Platinum instead of Delta Diamond. Talked to a supervisor and he straight away mentioned it was a targeted offer. Said if I can post a screenshot of the email they would bump me to Diamond. Any help here?
