you must wait the 90 days from reaching thresh hold. Dont even bother calling/sm before that as they will say the same thing.

Most people get them after 60 days from the date of meeting the reqs, so whatever date you met the 2nd DirectDeposit and billpay on. You'll need to wait 90 days though until they will do anything if the points don't show up.

I also got 40k points from the 50k CYCD sign-up. They posted a month ago but I didn't even notice. Think it's worth fighting for the extra 10k? I've heard Citi can be tough nuts to crack.
