No more dinners, membership teas, unnecessary pr events etc.. by everyplace that managed to get your name on their list. It's amazing how many nights have opened up now that all the obligatory events are no more.
I wish they would put smaller weddings in place as a COVID measure and that it would remain in place after.
Seemed like every time a family went from CLE to a Lakewood wedding they would bring back COVID cases. And now our school is closed as we're officially in our first wave

keyword = obligatory (for any reason you can imagine: guilt, fomo, host is relative, etc.)
I’m curious if this has been directly linked or just come conjecture based on all the criticism of weddings on this board? (please let’s not have this discussion here)Ohio has 77 cases per 100k per day which is a pretty bad outbreak, shouldn’t that be a factor as well?
Quotes in a signature is annoying, as it comes across as an independent post.
This was true before the wave, and I know of many many cases in Lakewood directly linked to weddings.
Ok, but I asked a specific question about cases in Cleveland.
My wife works in a doctors office and yesterday she tells me the doctor told her that there are about 150 cases linked to one wedding in Boro Park. She had several patients from that wedding in the office with symptoms.
it's good to be a Lubavitcher
I know certain hearings, at least in New Jersey, are held over the phone, not on Zoom. Specific case I know if is Rabbi Eisemann's appeal hearing.
