from Dan's anecdotal evidence this sounds like the single biggest difference... (with masks in classroom being a false sense of security to allow overlooking OOT)

That was the rule, but it was based on self reporting your travel.
School was delayed after sukkos by 8 days to give time for people returning to have a week at home.

My 3 year old daughter is sick now with a fever, headache, and achiness as well. Going to test the rest of the family tomorrow.
