Mail merge from Excel to Microsoft Word

how about saving to pdf first and then printing?

I don’t specifically have an answer for you, but keep in mind that your printer might also have various settings as to what kind of paper is loaded into the printer so be sure the dimensions on the computer match what the printer thinks it’s printing
When I print 4X6 pictures I make sure the computer knows the size and gloss settings as well as the printer
