There were polls that gave Trump a 15% lead, the average was 9% which was dead right. Apply the average now and it’s 47.5%-47.5%.

1. I dont think anything would really help besides lock everyone in like Biden, till you can get a vaccine. As you see its all over the world and when anyone starts to reopen its spreads.-again.

2. Even if he did encourage everyone to wear masks #1 not everyone would listen #2 its not like if you wear masks you wont catch the virus.

You cant ignore it, if it costs him some senior vote because that's what the polls said? I guess time will tell.

I think that was very calculated and still makes sense. I believe the goal of the Trump campaign is to invalidate as many mail in ballots as possible. By making sure mail in ballots are overwhelmingly for Biden it can ultimately swing the election toward Trump.

The "we have to lose so that we can win in the future" theory of politics. It would be easier to make those things the issue if her nomination was still not confirmed. If they would have been able to delay the vote to after the election they could tell people to vote in order to stop all the terrible things she's going to do.
