Only DW was targeted. But I tried with my email and it worked. And i aksed a friend who is GL and not targeted, and it worked for him to.

That's not much evidence, but could be that anyone who has elite status is automatically available..

You can ticket whoever you want, no matter their status, as long as you put your email address in.
