I got 2 parking tickets in 1 night in CH, for being 14 feet away from a hydrant 
I called and they said they could have written 100 tickets the same night if they wanted to. Truly a lovely city.

NYC employees do this all the time. Traffic tickets, health violations, building violations... if there is a NYC inspector involved, why is incompetence a surprise?
