You sound very biased. I know many people driving around with expired temps for months without issue. Where have you seen reports of people getting ticketed and their cars impounded?

ETA: In Lakewood you can easily get an appointment, there are almost always appointments available a few weeks out.

I didn't see any reports in the news, I know the stories gone bad because I have people calling me up to help them after they got pulled over and need Registration ASAP. Just because people drive around with expired temps without an issue that doesn't mean they are clear from getting pulled over, people do many things wrong when driving and get away with it... All is flowery until they get busted :-\
