Travel insurance

It seems like quite a few countries that are opening their borders to visitors from USA are requiring travel insurance that covers accommodation in case of quarantine and medical expenses due to COVID-19. Does anyone know where I can get such a thing and the costs involved?

Edit: blue cross blue shield and State Farm both don’t offer such products.

I am traveling from Israel to USA. The insurance agent and some insurance companies told me that travel insurance companies are not giving coverage in the US these days - even without Covid-19 coverage. The agent I used in the past has a deal which does cover the US but would end up costing me more than quadruple the cost of the regular companies in normal times.

Anyone have tips?
