I just called silbigers menswear in Boro Park. He has down filled long coats in stock for $135. I have one, and they're not bad.
you can call him at (718) 854-1196

I don't know current prices,
But flamms in crown heights had long wool coats for around that price range a few years ago.

I've heard they are thin and not very warm.

I wanted to get online as easier to return if don't like.
I got a guess one that arrived on Friday and it ls pretty good, want to try it out when it hits colder though.
Then I ordered a cole haan and JCrew coat that are on their way .
So I'll see which one works and return the rest IYH

https://www.josbank.com/p/joseph-a-bank-tailored-fit-overcoat-big-tall $79 (only sizes 48 and 50 R&L)

others are also available there at this price, but this is the only "long" one that I saw.

OK, great! I thought you were looking for a different type of look (hence the type I was recommending), but I'm glad you're happy with what you got!

ETA:I just looked back and saw these posts:
wool full length
Though if there is something really good in other options would be open t that as well.
