AT&T AMEX/Chase offer

We have the AT&T mobility offer ($75 back on 2x 37.5 spend) on 12 chase cards but do not currently have any AT&T account (mobile or internet/fiber).  Currently have Verizon for mobile services and Spectrum for internet but considering getting AT&T fiber given the Chase/Amex offers.

I have never traded/sold any of these offers and will appreciate if those of you have experience with that, share an example with sequence of recommended steps for a safe trade of these offers including any payments exchanged.

I use this link. And I am limited to 2 payments per 24hours. I split 1 payment onto 2 cards.
