Same over-dramatization as the presidency. When was the last time a SCOTUS case had any impact on the frum community? The conservative SCOTUS didn't overturn any lockdowns...
When was the last time a president tried to dramatically overhaul the shape of the county, the way some think Biden/Harris will try to do?

Give me an example of something you think Biden/Harris will do that has a significant impact on the frum community and SCOTUS may block?

Besides for the fact if there is a D trifecta there is very little SCOTUS can do to prevent legislation.

1- frum voters are not only worried about the frum community.

2- anything seemingly contrary to the constitution would need scotus to approve. This can (but may not) include many radical policies.

All good and fine but that doesn't explain your original statement
Regarding the Supreme Court, which probably has the biggest consequence for frum Jews

Yet it proved there is misconceived fear and dramatization. Trump managed to convince people the world will end if the big bad media wins.

My point in the OP was to tamp down panic, because I thought it was not fully warranted. I wasn't saying that the fear was justified, just saying that it was the most prevalent fear I encountered, and I was trying to explain why it is overblown.

There have been quite a few actually. You probably never heard of any of them except maybe Grumet vs. KJUFSD but those who are involved with these things can make a very long list.

How do abortions/gay rights/healthcare mandates haven anything to do with frum Jews?

There is a thread for this exact subject already

There is a strong possibility of them mandating frum organizations to pay for items antithetical to Judaism and to give equal acceptance to people who act in ways against the Torah. It may need to be courts protecting these religious rights.

I won't deny that but that's coming sooner or later.

Also, CPS taking kids away from their parents if they don't transition them.

And on the other side, Trump must have been the best because he is only one for whom Shwekey wrote a song.
He did? I guess that is what happens spending two years of his presidency in aveilus.

EIhter way, my point is that there must have been something that was considered pretty bad at the time by the general public. Also, a good portion of the general public does consider Trump to have been great for Jews especially when it comes to Israel. Definitely enough to make it a good marketing move.

Legislatively? Sure! But that will leave it to the courts. That can delay it significantly or prevent it totally. That is of major consequence to anyone who cares about yiddishkeit.
