In Iowa's second congressional district, the Democrat was up yesterday by 164 votes. Now the Republican pulled ahead, leading by 40 votes.

This is in a race with nearly 400,000 votes.

There are another 3 NJ seats called for D where the D lead is now 7.6-7.9% and dropping. While those are not likely to flip it's not impossible.

The reason to stop counting is to stop fraud from happening while waiting for a remedy from the courts.
