Chase closing my account

I am not so involved in this points business, so I would appreciate any help.
I got a letter from Chase that they are closing my account due to too many returned payments, I called them and they said that its closed and they can't reconsider the decision.
my question is what to do with all my points I have more than 100k points, where will I gain the most by transferring them?
If I transfer it to my brother's account that lives in a different address how likely are they to shut down his account?
Which airline miles will give me the most flexibility if I transfer the points to them?
The only use I can have is airline miles to use for my family, to fly between US - UK - IL or maybe a vacation in CH, AU. etc.

Sorry to here about the closure and thanks for the data point.

Where you transfer them is a personal preference. I transferred mine to Hyatt as that is where I get the most value.

Sorry for you 
United would probably give you the most flexibility for uk and Israel and I would probably just do it ASAP without waiting weeeks analyzing and asking and asking etc

I am not sure
I had the auto-payment on, and I didn't care to make sure that it always go through because I paid manually afterwards, but looks like it wasn't the best idea, a returned payment flags you even though you pay.
