No, he's saying that if the results are in dispute they are the ones who resolve that dispute.
I believe some states have laws against that

DNC started fundraising for two runoffs in Georgia. Trying to capitalize on ongoing attention to the elections.

Trump & the GOP are probably fighting if the fundraising should focus on hopeless legal battles or Georgia

There is still a decent chance Democrats will win NC (currently 1.8% R lead with 6%+ of votes uncounted and not reporting until Nov 12).

Then they would only need 1 of GA to have a majority with the VP.

This is close. And Collins is still there...

So apparently Warnock called Israel an apartheid state.

Ossoff is a great candidate. Green New Deal may be coming.

Ossoff will never get over 47-48 percent in Georgia. No matter how many tens of millions are put behind him.

Apparently betting odds disagree with you...

Their turnout was record high this time already, Trump brought people who wouldn't come out otherwise. People just care less about the senate.

But will see such an influx of activists and etc so turnout will be high on both sides.

For the odds "-" means favorite and "+" means underdog. If you are not a gambler this can be confusing.

D candidate in AK just claimed that no mail-in ballots have been counted yet, and even though he's currently trailing 62-32, he thinks he will win when mail-ins are accounted for. That would obviously be a game-changer, but I have no idea how seriously to take him.

D's will put tons of effort into GA runoffs, but typically special elections turn out the most motivated voters and R's outperform. My suggestion for R's would be to get Bloomberg involved in bankrolling the D's - that seems to be a guarantee of success these days!

And for those worried about Collins being able to go rogue, don't forget about Romney and Murkowski. Those 3 will be incredibly powerful for the next 2 years.

I was also hoping that after R's were on the defensive with so many more seats up this cycle that 2 years from now things would switch. Unfortunately I saw that 2022 is something like 22 R's and 13 D's up for reelection, so they'll be on the defense once again.

Historically the opposition overperforms in non-presidential election years. If this year’s results are anything to go by, it’s not about how many seats are up but where those seats are (and how the Senate/President is performing).

Romney is a solid Republican, IMO. His issue was with Trump. If Trump loses, he will probably go back to being one of the most conservative voters. It also helps that the Senate establishment did not shun him after his impeachment vote, rather they got over it really quickly.

+1 Bloomberg is a lot happier than Trump these days.

I'm not sure if Bloomberg personally cares so much for a democratic senate. He's been pretty middle of the road to my knowledge. Collins/Romney/Murkowski + D congress + Biden/Harris may be sufficient for him.
