There's a huge demographic of eligible voters that aren't as excited about voting, sometimes they vote, sometimes not. If he pushed them to vote by mail for the last 2 months, you just need 1 day for them to be in the mood to gain their vote. Never mind how many people (a few called me) that woke up election day that still weren't registered to vote.

By that logic it can also get invalidated at the polls. I’ve been using USPS for some years now, and I send and receive large checks in the mail. I’d say they’re approximately 99.99% successful at getting stuff to and from me, when addressed and stamped appropriately.

No, it's because it demanded the US cut emissions now in exchange for China cutting emissions starting in 20 years.

ETA: In 2019, US emissions dropped more than any other country in the world.
