This is key. It's a bit hard to get sufficiently emotional about how Trump was robbed the election given the scale of the popular vote victory.

That being said, there was likely a significant amount of low level voter fraud, due to the ease compared to most elections. It does take a bit of a conspiracy theorist to believe it was systemic and coming straight from the top (although hypochondriacs get sick too sometimes, and conspiracies are sometimes real), but it definitely happened on a small level in many instances. Whether that would have tipped the election is another story.

This is pretty damning.

ETA: TL;DW: The D complaint says people were informed before election day that there was an issue with their ballot and they're complaining that their cured ballot isn't accepted. The problem with this is that PA law doesn't allow the mail in ballots to be processed before election day. If people were notified before the election that there was something wrong with their ballot, they clearly broke the law in reviewing the ballots before election day.
