This is a reputable pooling group affiliated with a prestigious college that weights samples to be representative. It really sounds like you are picking and choosing based on whether or not you like the results. This is nothing all like a Ddf poll.
I didn't even pay attention to who took the poll. If you don't know the margin of error, then IMHO it is useless.

You have all kinds of theories why it would be at least as bad under Trump, but the fact is Russia invaded it's neighbors under 3 of the last 4 presidents. The only one they didn't was under Trump. This is definitely not something to completely discount.
