At the end of the day, it is illegal, but I agree that they should not be wasting time on this unless there is an additional angle, such as Hunter. The reason they need to be doing this is because we have to go tit for tat with the way an investigation was pushed over the Hillary emails and then back at Trump, and now they have to do the same for Biden. Nothing to do with whether it makes any sense.

Ironically, the stock market is down on the report, because strong jobs numbers show that economy is not contracting and additional fiscal tightening and interest rate increases may be utilized by the Fed to curb inflation.

Nah. Last numbers were released Jan 12, for 12 month period ending December 31. Rate was 6.5% then. Fed has since raised interest rates .25%, and indicated that there would be further raises in near future, particularly if it looked like economy was doing ok weathering the interest rates and unemployment remained low. Next inflation report release is Feb 14. Bit of a dystopian world when market falls on strong jobs report.

Seems largely non professional jobs, like retail, leisure and hospitality and restaurants, warehousing and transportation, but also had strong business and professional services and healthcare and skilled trade construction and governmental, including education.
