1. Businesses do not want stimulus they want to operate. If they need stimulus to stay open the stimulus will not help. Stimulus is almost irrelevant in a discussion of reopening. This is not only a question of keeping businesses open. It is that if there is no exit plan then any restrictions are doomed to failure unless enforced with guns. Not having a real reopening plan as part and parcel of the COVID plan means that the whole plan won't work.
2. This is patently false. More tests means LONGER wait times for results. What needs to be expanded is lab capacity and technology. After initial blunders this has been fasttracked by the FDA due to Trump EOs and has mostly been a success of Trump. That can be built on further.
3. Now that the Biden campaign has told everyone that this is a concern without any factual basis they need do dig themselves out of the hole of their own creation.
