I meant the ones that get the car brought to them, is it shorter then going to pick it up?

Just got back. When i picked up the car, it was still in the airport. When i returned the car, there are orange (similar to construction) signs showing you where to go to return the cars. To drive from the Terminal to the car rental location took me about 5 minutes (i dropped the wife, the kid and all the luggage off first). Definitely not walkable...

Also just to confirm, i did get my rental through steve2 and the rate (with confirmed upgrade) was exactly as expected. (i even stayed an extra 2 days due to the volcano issues in Iceland and was charged for 2 days proportionate to the original quote)

do you mind telling me the price?

I paid lately for 1 day rental only incl everything (not fuel off course), taking, and returning to the airport $54 for a mazda 6, with a scratch insurance.

Steve2 hooked me up with a great deal over Lag Bomer which is high season- 5 days for a mazda 3, all in (including airport drop off) $192

I was quoted $317 for 10 days including the airport fee of $27 and using a world MasterCard. This was from Steve2

$317 - $27 = $290. $290 ÷ 10 = $29 a day. When i had to add 2 days because my flights through Europe were canceled, they charged me $29 for each additional day. In total, i paid $375 for 12 days. It was a Mazda3 from Avis (the car was brand new with 800 km on it when i got it)

When i looked around, Steve2 got me the best rate i could find anywhere. It was easy and hassle-free. He emailed me the confirmation, i showed it at the counter and was done.

I wouldnt say that, the rates were slightly more, slightly less ($1 a day) or exactly the same

Im Not Impressed was offered Budget,Avis,Hertz etc and nothing special rate wise that I couldnt get on my own

This tells me you have Never been in Israel during Succos when Rehavia/Shari Chessed is full of them. and I guess you never rented when everything use to be at the old lot where they are back to now. BTW this lot is where they hold most of the cars/vans and brought them over to T3 when they needed them

Did you ever see them washing a car or fixing them at T3. like they do here in the US, it was done over at the old lot
