So my wife lost her license and got a temp (paper) one sent to her till she can return to la and renew it- does not have a photo id..
Can she use that to rent a car in Israel (with passport ) ?

$50, morning drop-off. Afternoon dropoff would add another $25 but they close in J'lem at 1PM, so you wouldn't be gaining much.

I'm looking for a car from today anytime after 3 till tomorow same time in jlm area for a 22 yearold with a wmc. cheapest car. pref avis as they usually don't charge the underage fee. thanks
