I was hoping for something better... kayak, has alot better on almost all companies, and hertz.com got me this for 178? cheapest would have been $165 all included.. base rate is $53 a week for cheapest before $28 fee plus 12x7 underage fee..
any way to waive underage in israel for 21? usaa? anything?

That rate doesn't include mandatory Liability and CDW insurance. If you have a WMC you will still need to purchase LI for aprox $12 a day.

Example for someone who has a WMC:
The rate you have is for a Manual car $95 (incl AP fee), add LI 7X$12 = $179 + $12 underage fees = $263
I can get you an Automatic car for $177 + $6 underage fee = $219

And that's if the agent doesn't decide to screw around with you...
