i Have a quote for 160 from an agent for hertz. And kayak and carrentals.com have for about $100 it claims it includes fees  but I assume that's w/o airport fee... Are the kayak numbers generally reliable or should I assume missing more taxes/ fees insurance?

Don't forget kayak or anyone of these sites are NOT excepted in Israel (if you found one that is, has lots of "hidden" fees.) I've had lots of customers in the past calling me from the airport for a car because of this.
