If I made a reservation in the US for a car from Sixt will the price they quoted me be the price I pay?? I know I will have to add taxes and insurance but is that all? 

You will need to pay CDW, Liability insurance and Airport fees, look at your rate and see if it includes it. If not it's probably cheaper to rent from one of the agents here.

Is there any corporate codes that work in isreal (with any rental company)?

AFAIK nothing worthwhile.
