Whichever you want. You have to tell the agent which one you prefer.

Same as in America except liability is mandatory.

Except that liability is not included in the daily rate.

(Liability is always mandatory. In the rest of the work it's included in the rate)

They have 2 versions of CDW. 1 with a $5-500 deductible & then additional $10-15 per day for $0 deductible

In the wiki it says chase credit cards don't have to pay liability insurance in Israel. Does that include Chase freedom and sapphire non-preferred?

I think you mean collision insurance and yes both those cards cover.
